Take your BBQ to the next level this festive season and learn how to cook The Bird, and Ham it up like a pro.

Led by Pitmaster Martin, this hands on class will teach you how to trim and prepare chicken, turkey and ham as well as how to brine, use rubs and sauces. Chat smokers, wood temperatures, cook times and leave with the knowledge to make Southern-style BBQ the centrepiece of your festive table.

Also includes a Southern festive feast, craft beer tastings and some Red Gum BBQ merch.
