Spring is almost in the air (so looong winter!).  We are springing into the season with lamb! In a collaboration with Flinders + Co, producers of the finest lamb,  we bring you this special edition masterclass.

Learn the art of low and slow cooking with Pitmaster Martin Goffin of Red Gum BBQ. 

  • 2 hour masterclass in a small group

  • Learn the basics of the cuts, the language of the butcher, the various ways to trim, rubs, sauces and the rest.

  • We’ll chat about smokers, wood, temperatures and times, and learn what you can do to make truly authentic Southern-style BBQ with whatever you’ve got 

  • The class will be hands and taste buds on - with participants trimming and prepping their own cuts and of course, BBQ feasting of all these and other goods, plus craft beer tastings from our collection of Victoria’s finest craft brews. 

  • You’ll also receive some Red Gum BBQ merch to take home.
