A little about our speakers;
Melissa’s philosophy is to prioritise purpose above profits and has implemented standards that position Red Gum BBQ as a hospitality industry leader and the first B Corp certified restaurant in Australia.
Sam Keck, Commonfolk Coffee Company
Commonfolk Coffee Company created 'The Cup that Counts’ an initiative focused on supporting the ethical and sustainable production of specialty coffee in developing countries. More recently The Cup that Counts turned its attention to support our local community setting up a youth training cafe called HomeGround in Tanti Park. .20c from every cup of coffee purchased goes straight towards The Cup that Counts.
Flinders + Co’s vision is to cultivate a better food world. On 1st Dec 2018 they became the first meat company in the world to fully offset all carbon emissions from not only their business, but from every kilogram of meat they sell. Continuously they strive to achieve this vision.
