The meating of two iconic, family owned, Mornington Peninsula businesses - Red Gum BBQ and Bass & Flinders Distillery. 

  • Over 2 hours, discover the techniques and exotic botanicals used in gin production - Touch, smell and taste some of gin’s finest traditional and native botanicals. 

  • Enjoy a cocktail on arrival, followed by an indulgent 4 course gin flight, with deliciously paired BBQ.
